Just a general topic for discussion: How long have you played the bouzouki, and do you remember your first time playing one? While I understand that you never stop learning your instrument and what you can do with it, I wonder how long did it take you to play before you felt the bouzouki was an extension of you-- not just an instrument. I'm a bouzouki newb, but its a really beautiful instrument! Maybe I can gain some insight to it with your replies.

It became an extension immediately! It is really a unique instrument and one can express themselves in a way in a way which no other instrument could exactly allow. -Pete
