Our new CD, Danceology, is mixed, mastered and in duplication as we speak. It will be available in about two weeks. It is over one hour of non-stop dance music. Be sure to check it out!

Panagioti, this is Chris from The Levendes band in Detroit. Congrats on the new CD! It makes me happy to see other Greek bands in the U.S. performing and recording music. I will check back here frequently to find out how to purchase a copy of it. Please tell me how you recorded it (computer, pro studio, home studio, software, mics., keyboards, etc.) I like to see what other guys are using. Our last CD was recorded on computer. If any of you are interested in hearing a little of it, go to www.levendes.com/de.htm . Panagioti, good luck with the CD sales! Chris

Thanks Chris, I have a project studio at home where I do most of my work. I produce music for a living so it was not a far stretch for me to do our Greek CD here as well. I'm using Cubase SX 3.1 and Gigastudio as well as some other synths. Of course, we miked the bouzouki and vox in my small sound booth. I'm pretty happy with the mix but I'm thinking about investing in a good preamp for future projects...I think it will improve the quality of the miked sounds. I am looking forward to checking out your music as well!
Best, Pete

It's been a Month since your last prediction ,Did you guys finalize that CD?? Actually, we printed up a couple hundred but I didn't like the mix. So I remixed it and now it's at the duplicator....this guy is very nice and reasonable but VERY slow. Also, the new ones are going to be in much nicer packaging and jewel cases than the first batch. I'll keep you posted. Pete
