Pete,
I hadn't seen that on the list of events until today, is it a new addition? (Or do I not know how to read...) How amazing it would be to play in Alaska! I hear the summers are really nice.

Yes, i just posted it. Danny finally talked me into doing that gig. I'm not a huge fan of flying, you know. Amazing that my dad was an aeronautical engineer! Thank goodness for Ativan!! (and vodka).

Ahhh.. so my eyes weren't deceiving me! How neat! I bet you guys will have a blast! If only we could find a way to get to Alaska, now. "I'm not a huge fan of flying, you know. Amazing that my dad was an aeronautical engineer!"Ah... the irony! Well, I'm sure after its all done, you'll be glad you did it. So, that means you are driving to your Arizona gigs? I had pictured you swooping in on an airplane, playing, and swooping out again. ;D But maybe its easier to drive with all of your equipment... Anyway.. its late, I'm rambling. Night!

I just played in Alaska last weekend. It was light all night. Are you guys playing the festival there?

The people are very nice. They had asked me the to play the festival too but we have a wedding to play at that weekend that was scheduled almost a year ago. My dad played at the first Greek festival they had about ten years ago. We are closer to Alaska but the flight is still 3 and half hours! If you guys need to rent a PA or any other equipment I know of a great music rental place up there. Also, you have to eat at Little Italy its the best Greek Italian place in Alaska!!

Elias, that would be great. We need to rent a PA package plus a couple keyboards. I'm going to bring some of the small stuff with me but I really need a couple specific things if they have them. I'll try to find Little Italy. I have a good friend, Steve Bangos who owns a Greek/Italian pizza joint up in Seward, Alaska called The Greek Islands. He is a drummer and we've played many Greek gigs together. www.greekislandsak.com/default.asp-Pete
